Private Luxury Lakeside Cottage! <br /><br />This cottage is a 1400 square foot all season home. The spacious floor plan has three bedrooms and two full size washrooms. One of these is an on-suite to the master bedroom. This room has a queen size bed. The other two rooms have a double bed and two single beds. Beds are new from last year and have thick matress pads. There is an extra single bed in the family room for extra guest or for lounging. There is a formal dinning room and the large family room has a wood burning fireplace. The cottage comes equipped with a large TV. Included in the rental are DVD, VCR, and Star Choice connections.<br /> <br /> The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Other items include; microwave, coffee maker, water cooler, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. The cottage is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable.<br /> <br /> There is a large BBQ outside on the back deck along with a large screened in veranda with outdoor furniture. There is a large yard with plenty of space to run and play, or sit around the fire. There is a fire pit and plenty of cut firewood available.<br /> <br /> This cottage is in a very quiet area, surrounded by crown land and beautiful sandy beaches, yet it's a short 12 minute drive to Kenora or Lake of the Woods. There are so many all season activities to choose from; hiking trails, horseback riding trails, golf courses , world class fishing just minutes away, or fish off the dock. Other activities include ice fishing, cross country skiing, down hill skiing, and hunting. We have cross country skis, bikes and kayaks for rent.<br /> <br /> This is a great place to stay all year round. Special rates are available for off season rentals.
