Description - Honolulu Vacation Studio Rental - Studio, 1 Bathroom, 3 people, near the ocean
E Komo Mai (Welcome),to our privately owned condo unit in the Royal Garden, the extraordinary 4 Star Euro Boutique Condo-tel.
Nice quiet location and yet just ½ a block off busy Kuhio Street and all buses and Troleys.
The Royal Garden is more livable, quieter, nicer (green) view, less traffic noise; perfect for a person who like to stay for a longer time.
Very close to Ala Moana shopping Centre, Downtown Honolulu, University, International Market Place and other shopping centres.
De Russy is the best beach and it takes 10 minutes nice walking through the Fort de Russy Park. You can pick-up ripened coconuts-if you are early enough. There are three tennis courts and The Fort de Russy Chapel for those, who like to attend Sunday morning service.
Nice sandy De Russy beach, large grassy area with many palm trees, picnic tables, barbecues, two racquetball and two volleyball courts are surrounding the beach.
A small handy cafeteria at Hale Koa Hotel is accessible right off the beach for the convenient, reasonably priced, daily prepared quick meals.
Our Unit is located on 18th floor featuring spectacular views.
It has partial ocean view so you can sit on your lanai and enjoy Friday night fireworks display at Hilton Hotel.
It has view of the Ala Wai Canal and sport fields, so you can watch games and canoe races.
It has also beautiful city and mountains view with rainbow displays after the rain.
Unit was completely renovated, painted and upgraded in August 2008. It has hard wood floor and it was furnished with all brand new furniture, including top quality King size bed, which could be separated into two Single beds.
There is also a full size Micro fiber quality sofa bed, dining table for four, plenty of dresser storage, 32" wide flat screen Remote control TV, DVD Player, games and Stereo with CD.
Free High speed Internet connection is on the room, free local and free calls to the neighboring Islands are included.
Wireless Internet connection is available in the hotel Lobby at no charge; you just need to ask for the Code.
Unit has fully functional kitchen with 20” range with oven, microwave, two refrigerators, one is Frost Free mid size with large freezer section, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker slow cooker and mixer. All cooking utensils are provided. There is also hair dryer, ironing board and iron for those “picky ones”.
Bathroom is all marble with shower over tub.
Very quiet Remote control Split Air Conditioner system and a fan for those who don’t like to have air condition on.
We do have Electronic Key-less Door Lock, so you don’t have to worry about loosing the key, having a trouble with it or carrying it with you all the time. Just enter the code.:)
The common areas of Royal Garden are beautifully decorated with granite. It has a pleasant pool area in the back and two Saunas. There is also Fitness/Gym Centre, Ice Makers, Soda machine and Office Centre. An outstanding buffet is available in the Alii Lounge, if you like to attend. Vouchers for the breakfast can be purchased at the hotel Front Desk.
Covered parking in the building is extra and needs to be arrange with hotel personnel. It is Valet parking what makes things a lot easier. There is also Daily, Weekly and Monthly Public Pay parking available just a cross the Olohana Street.
This rental will give you a spotless, comfortable place to stay and an exceptional value.

Area Description: Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach through a beautiful Fort de Russy Park.
Hotel is set off the busy Kuhio, so remains nice and quiet and yet only 1/2 a block to all the busses and troleys.
Very close to Ala Moana Shoping Centre, walking distance to International Market Place, close to University and Downtown Honolulu.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation Cancellation for Monthly Rental:
A sixty (60) days notice is required for cancelation for Monthly Rental. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival will incur NO penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and or Reservation/Damage deposit.
Reservation Cancellation for Bi-Weekly Rental:
Cancellation or changes that result in shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment and or Reservation/Damage deposit.
Cancelation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If your airline cancels your flight to Honolulu or you voluntarily relinquish your airline reservation because of airline overbooking, we are not obligated to adjust the rental in any way.
CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING and received at least 60 days before for Monthly Rental and at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
YOU MUST RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION FROM US.
