Rock to the Roll of the Surf! <br /><br />Located in the Maalaea beach section of Maui, our condo has everything you can want in a vacation property and more. Located in the Milowai condo complex you can take the chill out of early spring and enjoy that warm Hawaiian sun, the trade winds blowing and the ocean right in front of you. In fact the only thing between you and the water is the warm air! There are no streets to cross, no far way or "peek-a-boo" views -- you are direct oceanfront at this condo in Maui.<br /> <br /> Our one bedroom, one bath, oceanfront, second floor condo is very special to us and we would like to share it with you. It was here we first visited Maui years ago and fell in love with the blue ocean steps away and the soothing sound of the waves breaking on the shore right in front of us.<br /> <br /> We fell in love with the view from the lanai while watching the bright, warm sun rising over Haleakala volcano each morning. We were mesmerized by the view, while we sipped coffee and read the morning paper. The lanai even has a rocking chair to view that oceanfront panarama.<br /> <br /> Our condo is completely renovated and remodeled including a new kitchen and bath. We have ceramic floors, mirrored walls, and you'll see the local sights of Maui on the walls through my photographs.<br /> <br /> We have vintage Hawaiian furniture throughout, our kitchen has white cabinets, new appliances, all new dishware, new silverware, new cookware, and all new linens. <br /> <br /> Our bedroom has mirrored closet doors and white plantation shutters. These shutters allow you to open the top for a great breeze that is always present in Maalaea while giving you the maximum amount of privacy. There is a screen door on the front door to catch that great breeze.<br /> <br /> We have two ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room.<br /> <br /> Our queen size bed features a new mattress and boxspring and you'll sleep on our 400 thread-count linens. There is a mountain view from the bedroom.<br /> <br /> If you want to relax in the condo, you'll find a large selection of DVD and VCR tapes of all varieties of movies. You'll never have to take a trip to the video store!<br /> <br /> The view from the lanai is the gem of our condo. There is only one word to describe it, outstanding! Watch the sailboats, snorkelers, surfers and swimmers put on a show right in front of your eyes right in the waters of Maalaea in Maui.<br /> <br /> In the winter you will be entertained by the humpback whales from the lanai and if you really want to get up close with the whales, walk the one block to the harbor and board a whale watching boat.<br /> <br /> On the walk back from your whale watch visit the many award winning restaurants for a snack or full course lunch or dinner. In fact, there is an award winning restaurant right in our building.<br /> <br /> There's a small beach in front of the condo complex, at the end of our dead-end street is a four-mile white sandy beach that adjoins a wild life perserve.<br /> <br /> On the beach you can choose to sit in the warm inviting sunshine, or under one of the broad, wide shade trees. There's never a crowd here, just the friendliest people you can imagine. You can even arrange to have a massage right on the beach!<br /> <br /> The Ocean Center (Aquarium) is located one block away and there's a mini-golf course, rock climbing wall and plenty of shops for you to poke around in. There's a convenience store located there for some quick pick ups of food. Larger stores are just 15 minutes away.<br /> <br /> As you can see, this is our special place and we want to share it with you to make this your home away from home.<br /> <br /> In fact we love Maui and the Maalaea so much that we own three condos for vacation renting in this building, the Milowai.<br /> <br /> No Smoking or pets, please.
