Activities: Although that's why we call our home the Retreat, because that's what you'll need to do after seeing and doing so much during the day like Golfing, Boating, shopping at the discount Malls, Beach combing. Shopping: There's plenty to choose from like Estero's Coconut Point Mall (30 mins away). There's also MiraMar Outlets Mall in Estero (between Fort Myers and Bonita Springs) (40 mins) to satisfy the bargain shopper in you. There's even the Promenade right in your backyard, at Cape Harbor (5 mins away). You can bike, walk or drive to it, if you plan to bring back lots of goods. Dining: You don't want to cook every night, you're at a Retreat !. Why not try RumRunners Restaurant at Cape Harbor (5 mins away). Here you can sit and watch the Yachts go by. There's a band playing almost every weekend as you enjoy fabulous sunsets. There's also numerous bike paths along Eldorado Parkway as it winds up Surfside Blvd to the multi-million dollar homes on the water. If you still have energy from the day why not head to Ellingtons for Jazz, Dinner and Dancing on Sanibel Island. You'll see one of the best and most expensive real estate around on one of the whitest sandy beaches in the world but you'll also be dancing and dining to some of the best Jazz music in the county. Golf: There's too many golf courses to mention and there's numerous public courses around. Your best bet is to go to your favorite golf course website to help you find the course that best suits your skill level.
