Family fun and relaxation, whether indoors playing a game of air hockey on a new 7 ft. Carrom table or Foosball on a new tournament style table or pitching horseshoes in the yard while cooking steaks on the gas grill, is all yours. Meals can be served indoors or outdoors on one of two decks overlooking a spacious wooded lot while witnessing the occasional visit from a few of the many local deer or other wildlife. Locust Lake Village offers many activities to keep you busy. Our home is within walking distance from one of three life guarded lakes. You can exert some energy by playing beach volleyball or slow it down with a game of horseshoes, shuffleboard or bocci ball and then grab a drink and a hot dog at the snack stand. Later you can head to the basketball court or the baseball field for some team sports. Finish up the day with a game of tennis under the lights. If this is too much for you then just pull up a chair and soak in the sun at one of three life guarded beaches or cast your line for some trout fishing. You can also pack your lunch and head for a wilderness hike over the 21,000 acre Brady's State Game Lands. The community also offers arts and craft activities, movies, bingo and other social events. In the winter you can tryout the community ski slope with T-bar or strap on your ice skates for some lake skating pleasure.
