At approximately 1500 feet above sea level the house has spectacular views to the south and the coast. To the west the mountains rise from the sea and to the east there are views of the village. It is rumoured that last century Renoir stayed here, and it is not difficult to see why. The top apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a large Mark Wilkinson kitchen dining and living room on the top floor with a balcony at the front and a secluded terrace to the rear of the property. Both levels are at ground floor as La Vigie has been built into the hillside. There are steps down to a pool area to the west of La Vigie and a large lower sun terrace to the south of La Vigie. The lower apartment has 2 bedrooms one ensuite walk in shower room with access directly to the pool area. A separate Bathroom and a large Mark Wilkinson Kitchen, dining and living area. The property in TOTAL includes beds for 12 with 3 sofa beds and 2 childs 'Z' beds. It is possible to sleep up to 20 adults and children.
