Area Description: Cape Coral is located just over the Caloosahatche from Ft. Myers. Just 25 mins from Southwest Florida Regional Airport (RSW). We are North of Naples and Bonita, and East of Sanibel Captiva.
The Cape is a residential communities with very little industry mostly filled with restaurants and shopping. It is a great family place to vacation. Enjoy Sunsplash Waterpark and our very own Yacht Club beach located in SE Cape Coral area.
During the winters we features our annual art festival and every wednesday we have the Sunset Celebration at the Yacht Club and Bike Night music fest downtown on 47th street. Many other festival all throughout the season from November through May. Come enjoy all that Cape Coral has to offer. Its a great place to visit and an even better place to live!
