Terrace Ridge Holiday Condo is located on the fabulous Terrace Ridge gated resort, just minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and less than a half mile from all of the fun and facilities of Reunion Country Club and Champions Gate Golf resort, Florida.This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious condominium is over 1,550 square feet ? so there?s lots of room to relax in ? and just a short walk to the resort club house below. At Terrace Ridge club house, you can bask in the Florida sunshine as you sit by the sparkling community pool and spa. The children can enjoy themselves in the games room at the club house, and if you?re feeling energetic, you can burn off some calories in the fitness centre. If that?s too much work ? then why not relax in the club house lounge, and meet other guests?
Terrace Ridge is located minutes away from the theme parks and attractions. Nearby, there are numerous championship golf courses to choose from including Champion?s Gate and the exclusive Renunion Country Golf resort.
Sleeping accommodations includes 3 bedrooms. The master suite has an inviting king-size bed, cable TV, clock/radio, 2 night-stands with lamps, full dresser/mirror and walk-in closet space, plus a master bathroom with his ?n? hers vanity unit, toilet and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom provides a full-size bed, cable TV, nightstand with lamp, dresser, closet space, and an adjacent family bathroom with his ?n? hers mirrored vanity unit, bath/shower and toilet. The last bedroom is the kids room, with 2 twin beds, cable TV, nightstand and lamp, dresser and closet space. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper as required.

Any cancellation within the final 8 weeks will regrettably result in the loss of the whole booking fee (not including the security deposit)
Failure to pay the balance by the final due date (8 weeks prior to arrival) may result in the loss of the booking and deposit. If we do not receive the payment we will endeavour to contact the guest but if we do receive no payment or communication, then unfortunately, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
