Description - New York Vacation Apartment Rental - 1 bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 4 people, downtown, river, town, village, waterfront
We have 3 apts/email for photos of each apt. Please let us know if singles/couples and any children(ages)We try to match your needs to the best available apt.One of our apts is a lovely studio loft apt, completely furnished/outfitted on first floor landing of small residential bldg,consisting of a large and well equipped/outfitted loft apt, with complete cooking and service, with 2 sleeping areas. It has 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in another smaller bed area is a bunkbed unit with 2 twin beds in it, as well as a double sofabed in the living area. The sleeping areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid partition wall (ceilings 12') and from the living area by sliding fabric panels. Nicely furnished, private laundry and completely outfitted dining room with service for 6. and a well equipped kitchen /full bath with tub/shower, about 900 sq. ft.(email for photos)
Our second apt consists of a lovely one bedroom, with one queen bed and a wall of built-in closets that are separated from the expansive living room/dining area by a ten foot sliding glass wall (see photos). There is optional sofa-bed sleeping for two (usually children or 1 adult) in the living area. The dining area has ample seating for six, with complete service for eight, ideal for entertaining guests. The apartment has new parquet floors throughout, with a modern tiled kitchen and well appointed, outfitted tile bath.
Our third apt is a 2 bedroom/2 bath and can accommodate 6.
These apts are perfect for traveling families with younger children. Located on the quietest block in Tribeca, known as designers row. They are air conditioned, with cable TV, separate laundry with a washer/dryer and high speed internet access, provided for your convenience.
Walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Park, right along the river, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking and jogging paths w/o cars, that go all the way uptown,as well as several waterfront parks. one block from express subway. 10 minutes to Lincoln Center/museums. theatre, shopping.
