Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, private courtyard with an outdoor eating area, BBQ, patio furniture, and a outdoor shower. Queen beds in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room..We have an extra air mattress for additional sleeping guests upon request. The 3rd bedroom/studio has its own separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette which is on the 1st floor. <br /> The kitchen has all high end appliances; Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system. <br /> <br /> The neighborhood is the best area of Venice beach, very quiet and safe. A 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops on Washington Bl.. Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1 block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away. <br /> <br /> The cottage has all quality linens/towels, we also have DSL, 3 plasma TV’s with Direct TV/HBO, DVD, local phone service, washer/dryer, fax, beach chairs, body boards, fishing pole, and bikes can be rented for $50 per week. <br /> <br /> 2 car garage for small to medium sized cars.<br /> <br /> We are 1 block away from great restaurants, cafes, shops, and markets. <br /> 2 blocks to a great surf spot.<br /> 2 blocks to the Marina Del Rey<br /> 15 minutes to LAX airpaort<br /> 20 minutes to Beverly Hills<br /> 30 minutes to Hollywood<br /> 45 minutes to Disneyland<br /> <br /> Walk or ride a bike to everything!!

Our family comes each year from New York to visit our son who goes to school at UCLA.. We found this beach cottage for our stay this past summer and loved it. We plan to book this same cottage for next summer. The owners are very nice and have set this cottage up very well.
