The villa has 3 bedrooms full airconditioning and is situated 1.1 miles from blue flag beaches and the main town of Almyrida. As well as the beautiful beaches the villa is situated between the beautiful old venetion cities of Chania and Rethymno that both have harbours with boat trips etc.
Crete's White mountain range is behind the villa with many beautiful walks and drives.

Area Description: The villa is situated on the edge of Aspro village, a pretty traditional greek village, the beach is at Almyrida village 1.1 miles, Almyrida is a quiet former fishing village with a small harbour 2 blue flag beaches with gently sloping sand (safe for children). The village has tavernas and cafe bars along the front and a selection of shops. The villa is situated between Chania (20 mins drive) and Rethymno (30 mins drive) both with beautiful old venetion sections, harbours , museums etc. Directly behind the villa are is the white mountain range. The villa is situated in an elevated position with breath taking views out over a valley with large birds of prey circling almost directly opposite and beutiful sunsets over Souda Bay
