Sunset Hills complex is located a 20 minute drive from the international Liberia airport and two blocks from Coco beach within a self-contained Las Palmas Urbanizacion, which is a walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, mini marts and a bank. This spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (bide installed) condo is beautifully furnished in relaxed fusion of N. American and Tico style furniture, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen counters. Air conditioning in each bedroom & living room allows for individual temperature preferences. Unobstructed 270 degrees Ocean View from the first and second level and a stunning 360 degrees Ocean and Intracoastal View from the roof top terrace. Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
To take advantage of our EXPRESS CHECK-IN, payments of all balances owed are due 15 days before arrival. Balances for all monthly rentals are due 6 weeks before arrival. If you are making a reservation within 15 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking, to expedite your check-in. Personal checks will not be accepted upon arrival; however, money orders are accepted.
We currently accept personal checks 15 days in advance of arrival only, with your Social Security number; traveller's checks, VISA, MasterCard cards are also accepted. Payment must be made in a single payment from one individual.
Security Deposit
Security Deposit amounts varies by property. A security deposit plus a $30.00 non-refundable processing fee is required to confirm your reservation and payment of this amount is due within 10 days of the date of booking or the reservation may be cancelled.. This deposit will be applied to your rent at check-in and therefore not refunded after departure. Multiple week rentals require an additional deposit.
Cancellation and Change Policy
15 days for condominium daily or weekly rentals
90 days for homes and duplexes in the High Seasons and Mid Season; 30 days in Green Season.
90 days for all monthly rentals
If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, with more than 15 days advance notice for condominiums or 90 days for beach houses, duplexes (30 days in off-season) and 90 days for all monthly rentals, all deposits are refundable, less a $30 cancellation fee and except for the $30.00 processing fee. Payments with less than the specified number of days notice will be held for lost rent and result in forfeiture of the deposit, fees and all pre-paid rent, unless the rental unit is rebooked for the same rental period and amount of rental due and payment of this rental has cleared. No refunds for early departure. Any changes in the dates of a reservation will incur a $30 administrative change fee, in addition to the initial processing fee, which is non-refundable.

The restaurant is located within the Monarch Resort, a short walk to the beach and within a beautiful setting by the resort pool and in between Nakuti Hotel and the future Westin Hotel.
There are a number of new condominium projects under development in Playa Panama and custom homes in two existing private communities. Though the restaurant has been recently sold to Nakuti Resort, but the chef and staff will remain working in the restaurant under the new owner. The chef-Miguel-has professional credentials, cordon bleu training. Anything on his menu is done to perfection. Experience one of the best meals you have ever had. Seating capacity 56 plus during special planned events, seating around the pool and above.
"Roca Bruja Restaurant", is regarded as one of Costa Rica's most picturesque spots.
Sitting on the top of a cliff and surrounded by a 270 degree view of the Pacific Ocean, Ocotal's main restaurant, "Roca Bruja", is regarded as one of Costa Rica's most picturesque spots.
Within walking distance and right on the beach, you will find the famous "Father Rooster Bar & Grill"; an old farm house turned into a bar where tourists and residents from Ocotal Beach meet for a very relaxed beach atmosphere and some night life. Excellent food, great music and dancing.
The "K-lamar Snack Bar" is located near the dive shop and the beachfront swimming pool, where cocktails, and fast food are served.
Only three miles away is Playas del Coco, a small fishing and tourist village, were you can find a variety of restaurants. Ask our front desk agents for suggestions and directions.

I'VE BEEN TO COCO SUNSET TWICE NOW. I WENT ONCE W/ JUST MY WIFE AND THEN WENT BACK W/ THE WIFE AND KIDS. THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT FOR BOTH. THE VILLA IS GORGEOUS AND THE RESTAURANTS WERE VERY GOOD. THE LOCATION ALSO IS AWESOME. YOU CAN GO ON SO MANY DIFFERENT EXCURSIONS. EX. ZIPLINING, HORSE BACK RIDING, VOLCANO AND HOT SPRING TOURS, FISHING, SURFING, RAFTING, AND MORE. NOT ONLY ARE THE POOLS GREAT, BUT ITS ALSO RIGHT ON THE BEACH. THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. THE NIGHT LIFE IS ALSO GREAT W/ PLENTY OF DIFFERENT BARS AND RESTAURANTS W/ IN WALKING DISTANCE. EVEN HAD A SPORTS BAR SO I DID'NT MISS THE GAME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ALL YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. OH YEAH IT'S ONLY 15 MINUTES FROM THE AIRPORT! FINALLY ASK FOR THE PERSONAL CHEF YOU CAN HAVE SENT TO THE ROOM. YOU AND YOUR WIFE WILL LOVE IT.
