Villa Sky House is a modern, luxury Bali villa located in Jimbaran Hills just 20 minutes from the airport. It offers outstanding views of the south of the island and comes fully-equipped with high-class facilities and super comfortable furnishings and is ideal place for you to spend your luxurious holiday in the island of Bali.Tastefully decorated with spacious interiors that show a touch of Balinese style the villa will make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Entering through a pair of carved wooden Balinese doors into a world of fish ponds, large open-plan living areas, a lovely swimming pool and perfect indoor / outdoor living, you will be instantly reminded just how beautiful life can be.
The villa is self-catering and with a kitchen such as this one you will be anxious to start cooking. Breakfasts are prepared by your butler but you can find everything you need to prepare a delicious lunch or dinner for your family and friends. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out, just ask your butler to order from a recommended selection of restaurants including the freshest seafood BBQ from the nearest seafood warungs in Jimbaran. Or just phone for a buggy and be driven to the nearby Beverly Hills Bali Hotel restaurant which is located only 300m from the villa.
The roof top ‘Sky Lounge’ is the ideal place for morning yoga sessions, day-long sunbathing marathons and sumptuous evening cocktails as you are cooled by the gentle ocean breeze. You will never forget the unparalleled views from here as the sunset fades and the island slowly fills with millions of small twinkling lights and Bali emerges into the silence of a tropical night.

Six-seater car with driver for eight hours a day included in rate excluding petrol. Villa provides daily cleaning service, unlimited Wi-Fi internet access and satellite TV channels. Villa butler will prepare breakfast on your request, go grocery shopping (at cost), order lunch or dinner from selected restaurants, help to set up seafood bbq or romantic dinner in the roof top ‘Sky Lounge’. Our English-speaking driver knows all the roads in Bali and can take you and your family or group to anywhere in Bali you wish to go and our friendly travel agent can book and organize any tripsyou want to take.
IMPORTANT! The Villa Sky House is part of newly-built estate complex where many neighbouring houses have been built already, but there is still some construction work in progress on site. Unfortunately, you can see the construction yard from the parking area but works will not disturb you when you're inside the house. To compensate for this inconvenience we are giving heavily discounted rates for the duration of construction.

- 10% deposit (non refundable). Must be received within seven days of occupancy or reservation will be canceled.

- If cancellation is received is less than 31 days prior to guest arrival date – villa will refund money for all days of your booking that we can re-rent villa minus 30%. If villa cannot be rent then no refunds will be made
- Late arrivals, no shows and early departures will be charged in full
