Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, filter coffee maker, freezer. Comprehensive kitchen equipment and pots etc. Large dining table and 6 chairs.
Utility Room: Washing machine in laundry area.
Living Rooms: Large, comfortable open-plan living/dining/kitchen with woodburner, TV, CD, books. Double sofa-bed.
Other: Laundry area to rear of kitchen with drying area and washing machine.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels, linen, all electricity and gas included. Towels and linen changed weekly. Cleaning weekly. Wood available locally for small charge. Basic grocery pack supplied on arrival.

Woodburner and additional electrical heaters, ceiling fans in all main rooms.
Comprehensive guide with local information, maps, etc is kept at the house for guests' use. Can be booked in conjunction with S2283 - sleeping a total of up to 12 people. Ideal for two families holidaying together or extended families where some space is needed between generations!

Outside:
Good-sized outdoor space with dining area(table and 6 chairs),laundry area, jacuzzi and further terrace with loungers plus additional bathroom off the lower terrace. Jacuzzi can be used as a plunge pool in hot weather. All with fantastic views.
Coast/Beach:
45km to the coast at San Pedro. Marbella/Puerto Banus/Estepona approx 55km. Lake swimming close to the village - nearest road access 15km.
Golf:
Numerous golf courses within 40 minutes of the house, on the Costa del Sol and in the hills behind the coastal resorts. Nearest course at Antequera (approx. 30 minutes).
Travel:
Car hire is recommended. Malaga 100km, Seville 125km, Jerez 125km.
Distances:
15km to Ronda - bullring, gorge, Moorish sights, Setenil 20km. Granada 180km, Cadiz 150km, Cordoba 160km.
Further details:
Walking, birdwatching, climbing, caving, horse-riding.
