DESCRIPTION:
This impeccable paradise is located on a hill overlooking the beaches of Mal Pais, Santa Teresa, El Carmen and Hermosa and surrounded by tropical nature, serenity and unobstructed ocean views. Designed by the American architect H. Don Bowden, built by Canadian contractors and all imported first class materials, makes this house a perfect place to retire, enjoy as a private heaven or using it as the perfect vacation home in paradise. Sit down and enjoy the view that others only see in their mind.
The main level of this magnificent house rises over the landscape, as glass-enclosed rooms frame stunning views that stretch out in all directions. The house encompasses four bedrooms in total. The first level of the house has an open social area made of a family TV ? living room, large dining room and extra large and comfortable gourmet kitchen. This level encompasses two bedrooms; one is located next to the TV room and has enough space for two queen size beds, walk-in closet and nice bathroom with shower. The bedroom has glass doors that connect this area with the magnificent garden and then with the pool. The second bedroom is located next to the kitchen; this is a private bedroom with space for two individual beds and a nice bathroom with shower. This bedroom has direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The second level of the house is made by the extra large master bedroom which encompasses a large walk-in closet, enormous master bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi and a private terrace to enjoy the sunsets every afternoon. This floor has also another large bedroom with enough space for a king sixe bed, private terrace, closet area and nice bathroom with shower.

Very close to Mal Pais is located the Cabo Blanco Absolute Natural Reserve. This reserve is a sanctuary for many animal species, and is located between Mal Pais and Montezuma. This is an important added value that opens the possibility to visitors of the area of enjoying the reserve with all its natural beauty.

Rental Rates for this Mal Pais of Cobano Vacation Villa
Rental seasons:
1. High season: from November 16th to February
2. Low season: from March to November 15th
3. Peak time: Easter week (April 5 – 12) / Christmas and New Year (Dec 20th 2009 to Jan 10th).
Rental rates:
• Nightly rates from $500 to $800.
• Weekly rates from $2,500 to $4,300 (one week is 8 days – 7 nights).
• Peak time weekly rates from $5,000 to $6,000.
Important notes:
• Prices apply for up to 10 people.
• Additional person at $20 per night. No more than 14 people paying for extra guests (just for kids sleeping on inflatable beds or couches).
• Rental rate includes a full time in-house caretaker and daily maid service (tips not included).
• Tips for the caretaker and maid are not included.
• Reimbursable damage deposit of $500 has to be added(or $50 per person, if the group is smaller)
• Premier Concierge Service for personalized travel planning. The Concierge will provide a vast variety of tourist services through personalized attention. The additional services includes tours booking (like Tortuga Island, Curu Wildlife Refuge, Cabo Blanco National Park, Canopy del Pacifico, Waterfall Canopy Tour, Horseback Riding, Sport Fishing and many others), Domestic Flights, Car Rental, shuttle services, ATV Rentals, surf camps, weddings and more.
