Waterview rental in a private beach and boating community. Completely renovated including, central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors. High speed Internet access. Nicely furnished. Master bedroom has its own full bathroom, king sized bed, luxury linens and cable TV. Second bedroom also has a queen size bed with memory foam, luxury linens, TV and third bedroom equipped with one full size and one twin bed, luxury linens and TV. The living room has fireplace and seating for eight. The large eat in kitchen is equipped with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. The family room has a large screen LCD HDTV, VCR, DVD, stereo, fireplace, large leather sectional lounger sofa, and a video and book library. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and French doors leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and two gas BBQ's. Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Cleaning and damage deposit is fully refundable if house is left as it is found. We let you decide if you want to clean the home to pre- rental condition. It is entirely up to you. We have high standards in the cleaning department. You will need to adhere to these high standards if you elect to do the cleaning. Any cleaning needing to be done or re-done is deducted from security deposit at a rate of $25hr.

Cancellation Policy
We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If re-rented, we retain only a $150.00 administrative fee.
