The first floor is 18' x 32' kitchen and studio area, the bath is 6'x 10', the bedrooms are on the second floor 18'x24'. There is one queen one double and one single bed. The studio has towels & sheets; however, they are not changed daily. There are also cooking utensils, etc. and small grocery stores as well as a Laundromat within walking distance.<br /> <br /> The neighborhood is an island & consists of single family homes, a nice park with handball & tennis courts, and a fishing station where boats and motors can be rented. <br /> Within a 5 minute walk there is the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. There have been 325 species of birds recorded at the Refuge through 1994. Egrets, Night Heron, Oyster Catchers, Loons, Bittern, Glossy Ibis, Snow Geese and Plover are just a few you will see.
