Mt. Baker Lodging is proud to provide a Customer Service Office in Maple Falls...a short drive from all of the private vacation properties that we represent. Our Customer Service team is available to provide you with your keys, maps, local area information, and emergency assistance. We do not send your keys in the mail, or direct you to some obscure lock box location. You will be very pleased with the extras that a stay with Mt. Baker Lodging provides! 
 
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! 
 
RATES: 
 
Our rates range from $269.00 to $469.00 per night, and from $1614.00 to $3283.00 per week. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $109.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from $654.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax. 
 
RESERVATIONS: 
 
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. 
 
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. 
 
PAYMENTS: 
 
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.

We have been staying with Mt. Baker Lodging during ski season for the past 17-years. Their vacation properties are always very clean and well maintained. We like that there is someone locally available in case we encounter an unexpected issue, and find their staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Last year, our baggage was accidently lost in flight...a real inconvenience for us since all of our ski wear was in our lost luggage. We requested it to be delivered to the Mt. Baker Lodging office, and the owner loaded it in his personal vehicle and drove it up to our cabin at no charge. Now that's what I call customer service!! Lonnie and James Carrington - Taos, NM
