This stunning 1,800+ sq ft NW chalet style 3 bedroom townhouse has a luxurious & welcoming feel perched above the Pacific Ocean on the beautiful Central Oregon Coast. It is perfect for that weekend getaway with family and friends or an extended stay to fully experience the Pacific Coast lifestyle. We specifically cater to adults 25 years of age or older. We welcome families with children as long as the children are supervised and not left in the home alone.

Great Room - the Brazilian cherry hardwood floor / natural slate and granite / soaring wall to wall windows / large natural gas fireplace / rustic stone chimney / towering, wooden beamed ceiling / a welcoming living space for you, your family, and your friends.

Living Room - Italian leather sectional sofa / cable TV / DVD / CD player / entertainment system.

Dining Room - utility and elegance / dining room table and chairs comfortably seats six / add the bench and serve up to 10 / throw in the bar and stools and feed 12.

Kitchen - fully equipped / Jenn-Air appliances / spacious custom cabinets / open inviting design / big enough if more than one chef cares to join in the fun.

Loft Master Bedroom & Bath - overlooking the great room / king sized pillow topped bed / double Jacuzzi soaking tub / intimate setting / views to the East and to the West / curl up with your favorite book in the sitting area next to the bedroom.

To make a reservation, call or email. To hold your reservation, we require $225 deposit for stays less than a week; $500 deposit for a week; $1,000 deposit for a month. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, or your personal check. When you make your deposit, you assume responsibility for using and paying for all the days of your reservation. We confirm your reservation and set aside the townhouse for your exclusive use. If you decide to cancel, you remain responsible for the reservation. We make your days available and will attempt to re-book with another party. Your refund will be based on the number of days and the per night rate that has been re-booked. It is to your advantage to cancel a reservation you are unable to honor with us as soon as you can. Please note – reservations are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive payment. Taxes: • Oregon Lodging Tax – 1% * • Newport Transient Room Tax – 9.5% * * Applies to stays less than 30 consecutive days Damage Deposit: $200
