It is a 10-15 minute walk to Baker Beach, Golden Gate Park and the deYoung Museum, New Chinatown, Golden Gate Bridge and the Presidio. It is 1-2 city blocks to local restaurants, cafes, banks, post office, grocery stores, and the YMCA fitness center.

Please note: both units are on the third floor with about 30-35 flights of stairs; no elevator or handicap access; no pets and no inside smoking are allowed in both units.
