This gorgeous, recently renovated, Hollywood Hills home has two floors which include 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a formal living room, a huge kitchen with eating area and a formal family room. The home is set in Beachwood Canyon with trees and green hills that make for a peaceful, quiet and serene setting. The neighborhood does not feel like the busy hustle of Los Angeles, but Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Strip are less than ten minutes away for you to enjoy all the things a major city has to offer including wonderful restaurants, entertainment, the Walk of Fame and shopping to die for.

The home has a fountain by the front entrance, a slate driveway, flower boxes hanging from many windows and large carved wooden front door with a glass window. The house has crown molding throughout, crystal and brass door fixtures, extra high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and French doors leading to private balconies off of two of the three bedrooms.
