Dream Come True, a beautiful spacious Mediterranean style home on a 2nd tier lot with a gulf view and private pool await your discovery. Located in The Plantation, a private gated community with 24 hour security. The Plantation perserves the beauty of "Old Florida" with large lots and careful attention to wildlife habitat. The house is located just steps away from the pristine beaches of the gulf coast. Watch the gentle waves for the daily dolphin show. Eagles and ospreys nest on the island. St. George Island offers nature at its very best.

Prior to building our Dream Come True we rented many houses on the island. Details make the difference and we added many of the little details to make your stay memorable.

Easily accomodates 2 families. Sleeps 10-12: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin, 1 triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top), queen sleeper sofa. We do not recommend sleeper sofa for adults.

Private, huge 16 X 32 Pool with amble decking and poolside chairs, picnic table. Pool is not heated.Enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Fish cleaning sink. Parkside charcoal grill.

Furnished and designed with a coastal theme. Rooms are light and airy. Five porches provide space to "spread out" for sunbathing, reading, relaxing or just enjoying the view.

For ease in packing we provide access to our beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler on wheels, pool floats, and beach toys.

WE ALWAYS PAY THE LINEN & CLEANING FEES FOR OUR GUEST. The beds will be made prior to your arrival. An initial supply of towels (1 per guest), initial supply of soap, & toilet paper is provided. Upon departure the home will be professionally cleaned and inspected.

Fall and Winter 2006: Usual rate is $1410/wk. + fees and taxes. Now offering $1095/wk + fees and taxes. Early Booking Special for 2006: *10% off the Mid Season rate for Aug 12-Nov 18 Holidays & Spring Break are offered at higher rates. All Rentals Subject to 8% sales tax. Complimentary travel insurance for stays of less than 28 days. CONFIRMATION POLICY: 50% of total is due within 10 days of reservation. Until confirmed rates are subject to change. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If property rerents the advance is returned less the $75 fee. If the property fails to rerent the entire advance is subject to forfeiture. Travel insurance covers the unexpected such as illness or weather delays. POLICIES: No Smoking No Pets Must be 25 years old. We cater to families and can not rent to vacationing students. The house books quickly for spring and summer. We recommend you book early for choice dates.

Located:
Dream Come True is located along Florida's Forgotten Coast. It is 65 miles east of Panama City. Tallahassee is 75 miles to the west. Apalachicola, the oyster capital and an active, historic fishing village is 10 miles. The Forgotten Coast is "Old Florida" with no high rises or traffic. There is only one caution light in the county. Come to the Forgotten Coast if you want to get lost for a little while in the natural beauty of the area. To reach the island from the mainland, cross the brand new 4 mile long bridge that connects Eastpoint to St. George Island. The house is located 300 steps to the beach. Beach access is easy on wooden boardwalks located throughout The Plantation
