Rent a boat for the day or pay just $11.00 for an all-day ride and tour on the water taxi, which takes you past multimillion-dollar mansions along the Intracoastal Waterway. Golfing, tennis, fitness centers, fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, live theatre, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, shelling and many other activities are all close by. Visit the nearby shops of Las Olas or stroll along Riverwalk and pick up the water taxi to one of the many restaurants along the route. The Performing Arts Center in Fort Lauderdale and the Office Depot Center in Sunrise, FL, offer many star-studded events to enjoy. The Museum of Science & IMAX Theatre is another popular destination.
