It is the perfect vacation retreat weather you love to golf, play tennis, or just lie on the beach.

This spacious villa with oversized rooms and open airy floor plan will allow you the comfort and privacy you want whether you are traveling alone, with others, or with children. You will feel as if you are in your own private home. The large master bedroom with private bath has a king sized bed, cable TV, and a VCR and DVD player, and opens to a quiet sunny patio.

The large living and dining area with a vaulted ceiling gives you the room you want to relax or entertain and also opens to the patio. It has plenty of comfortable seating for watching TV, reading or browsing the internet with high speed access. If you are a large group or want to have guests, the dining area seats 6-8 comfortably.
The huge kitchen with washer and dryer has been completely renovated with all new ceramic tile floors, cabinets, and counter tops. If you like to cook you will love this space. Even if you don’t like to cook you will enjoy being in this kitchen.
The parking area is right outside the door and that includes handicapped parking as well.

Palmetto Dunes boasts 3 world class golf courses, premiere tennis facilities, beautiful beaches and more.
You can just walk out our back door and go a few hundred feet to your choice of pools, the Robert Trent Jones golf course, driving range, and practice course. A little further along visit the tennis courts and our wonderful country store where you can get supplies or your morning coffee.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO PALMETTO DUNES TAKE I-95 TO EXIT 8B WHICH IS HILTON HEAD. THIS WILL PUT YOU ON HIGHWAY 278. PROCEED APR. 10 MILES WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE 278 BUSINESS OR EXPRESS. KEEP TO THE RIGHT, WHICH IS #278, BUSINESS. PROCEED ACROSS THE BRIDGES ONTO THE ISLAND AND CONTINUE TO YOU SEE SHELTER COVE MALL WHICH WILL BE ON YOUR RIGHT. THERE ARE SEVERAL ENTRANCES TO SHELTER COVE, THE ONE TO LOOK FOR IS SHELTER COVE HARBOUR THIS IS THE THIRD ENTRANCE AND IS AT THE LIGHT FOR THE RESORT. AT THIS LIGHT MAKE A LEFT INTO PALMETTO DUNES.  INITIALLY YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE THE RIGHT INTO THE SECURITY OFFICE TO ANNOUNCE YOUR ARRIVAL AND RECEIVE YOUR PASS. PROCEED INTO THE RESORT AND GO OVER THE FIRST BRIDGE. JUST AFTER THAT BRIDGE YOU WILL SEE A SIGN FOR QUEENS GRANT, THE WILL BE ON THE RIGHT, BUT YOU WILL BE MAKING A LEFT JUST AFTER . GO TO THE STOP, AND PROCEED INTO QUEENS GRANT AND FOLLOW AROUND TO 617. WHICH IS IN THE “ ELIZABETH” AREA.
