Our beautiful second home has magnificent views over the eleven-mile waterway which runs through Palmetto Dunes Resort and two fairways of its George Fazio golf course. You may walk and canoe along the waterway, seeing birds, catching fish and golf balls!
We are continually refurbishing our villa to make it an ideal spot for your stay and ours, as we live in it for up to six months each year! It is fully equipped and centrally air-conditioned.
Two private pools and three tennis courts are just across a footbridge. Three golf courses, eight restaurants and a general store are within Palmetto Dunes Resort. We include four beach bikes for the pleasant half-mile ride to the broad Atlantic beaches and elsewhere on our Island. Dolphin-watch and other cruises are available from nearby Shelter Cove. A professional center for the performing and visual arts is there, as are more restaurants, a mall and shopping plaza. The historic cities of Beaufort, Savannah, and Charleston are pleasant drives away.
