Our 5 Star Villa is located in the private guard gated community of Ironwood Golf & Country Club. It's nestled on a very quiet Cul de Sac and is 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. Being tucked up against the foothills & mountains, it's protected from the continuous winds of the Coachilla Valley. As you enter the villa of 1,800 sf, you first notice all the artwork and sculpture. Progressing into the living area with vaulted ceilings and abundant windows, you notice the entire villa is furnished with New Kreiss Furniture and accessories. Venture toward the back patio doors and you will notice how well appointed and furnished it is. We take pride in the fact we have so much privacy sun bathing au natural is possible. The ceiling fan outside on the back patio will gently move the air around you making even the warmest days or nights comfortable. Gazing out over the panarama view, Palm Trees frame the majesty of Mt. Eisenhower and the surrounding mountains. Around the corner is the breakfast patio and gas BBQ grill and steps away is your breakfast table for dining al fresco. All your expectations will be surprassed. The environment is magnificent and calming; you'll know you've made the right choice.

Steps across the Cul de Sac is the large, wonderful community pool and spa. We provide beach towels and slippers. More than likely you will have total privacy here too as the pool is rarely used in this specific private area of Ironwood. You should experience no children running, screaming and splashing you as is the case in most community spas. $500 Refundable Damage Deposit. $100 Cleaning Fee. 10% City Tax applies.

You'll find a perfectly appointed kitchen with all the appliances you'll ever need. There's granite counters, ice maker, double ovens, side by side refridgerator, dishwasher, two sets of dishes and glassware, china, crystal and silver, all your table linens; every thing you'd need to entertain your friends in 5 Star Style right down to the espresso machine and demitasse cups. Across the formal dining room is the wet bar also with all the glassware you'd need to have friends in. Within the cupboards of the wet bar are games for all ages; chess, checkers, putt putt golf, chinese marbles, poker, etc. all made of mahogany and semi-precious stones for the marbles. A very large music library for all tastes is provided for the sound system along with a good selection of DVD movies. There are 4 TV's & 4 DVD players. No luxury has been spared for your pleasure and comfort. Each bedroom has its own bath; the master bedroom has a walk in shower with seat. It also has it's own patio for sun bathing. Spa robes, slippers, bath pillows, and spa products placed on your vanity are there for your pleasure. The linens are 900 TC or silk w/silk blankets and down comforters. The luxury towels are those found in 5 Start Hotels. All floors are made with hand made Mexican Tiles and all three patios are also tiled the same. Handmade leather rugs and carpets are also in most rooms.
