minutes from Disney and all other major attractions are within 25.
With its 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms it is licensed to sleep up to 12 including a baby.
A two storey home, Jansfloridavilla has plenty of space to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks either in the comfortably furnished family room or around the south- west facing pool with extended deck area, covered lanai and patio furniture .
THE FAMILY ROOM
Has vaulted ceilings that give the room a light and airy quality.Here you will find the entertainment system with a cable tv,dvd and video players as well as a cd player.It has three sofas -one of which is a queen sleeper to accommodate two guests if needed.
This room is open plan and adjoins the breakfast nook and kitchen. It also has access to the pool area.For your safety and peace of mind all the exits to the pool are alarmed so no-one can escape without someone knowing.
THE KITCHEN
is fully equipped with all modern appliances microwave,dishwasher,electric cooking range,fridge freezer and all the utensils you could ever want to use should you decide to cook at home from a teapot to a corkscrew and even egg cups.
There is a separate laundry room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

THE BEDROOMS.
The KING master room is an en-suite and is decorated in a chinese style.It has cable tv and clock radio .There is a large walk in closet in the en-suite as well as a walk in shower- large bath and double basins.
The other downstairs room has twin beds This has an American theme to it and access to its own shower room.There is a tv and Playstation in this room along with toys and games making an ideal childrens' suite.
Completing the downstairs is a separate dining room.
The upstairs accommodation comprises of two queen rooms, one in an Indian theme the other decorated floridian style,and a twin -this one is designed with butterflies on the wall and over looks the pool ,and a family bathroom.

The Pool area is perfect for watching the floridian sun set or for lazing around on your days off .The lighted pool has steps to gain access and a depth of 6 ft at the deep end an the extra large deck has a hot tub on it. There is a bar-b-que ready for you to use if you want to eat al fresco .
GAMES ROOM with pool ,airhockey and table football(foosball)
JANSFLORIDAVILLA also has a supply of toys ,games and books should you decide you need to chill out at any time.We have a cot/crib and high chair for you to use free of charge and a safe also free to use.
The Palms is set on an established community just 1.5 miles south of the junction of the 192 and 27.It is a mixture of holiday and residential homes so at festive times such as christmas has a feel of the "real america"as residents decorate their homes.it has easy access to the I4 and both coasts ,all the shops and restaurants along the 192 and the new shopping mall being built just south on the 27.It is close enough to the theme parks if you want to return during the day and if you want a game of golf there are numerous courses all within 30 minutes drive.W e have tennis and basketball courts ,a community pool with changing facilites and a childrens play area all for our guests to use.All in all The Palms is a haven of peace yet still close to the action.So why not stay near the mouse -in Jans house! but experience the calm of THE PALMS.
