This villa is absolutely high class and gorgeous. The view is fantasic and the sunsets are positively breath taking. You will love this villa. It overlooks a quaint little pool and the ocean. The landscape is lush and green and beautiful. This newly redesigned and remodeled villa is roughly 1700 sq./ft. with the two outdoor lanais.

This villa has been gutted and completely remodeled and designed to meet todays high standards. All amenities are brand new. The kitchen was gorgeously redesigned and is fully loaded. There is a washer and dryer, three telephones, three televisions, a dining room table for six, a living room with entertainment center, two large bedrooms (1king, 2 full sized beds), and two lanais to sit outside and enjoy the view. There are linens and towels, but you'll need to bring shampoo. The departure clean is included with your stay ( housekeeping is available upon request for an additional charge).

Activities and Attractions on Property:
All beach activities: swimming, snorkeling, scuba, surfing, fishing, boating, kyaking, golf, tennis, shopping, restaraunts, weddings, art shows, concerts,and a lot more.....The Mercedes Challenge is played every year on one of the three Champioship golf courses here. If you are a tennis player there is a fantastic tennis center that will set up matches for you. They also have tennis clinics, socials, drop-ins, tournaments, junior programs, etc... The Ritz Carlton always has fun things going on. There is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in Kapalua. The restaurants are incredible in Kapalua.

Activities and Attractions Nearby:
If it rains, just drive down the street five minutes and you'll hit all sorts of fun in the sun. There are more beaches, hotels, shopping, horseback riding, biking, hiking, tours, tours, and more tours. 15 minutes away is Lahaina. A great town for art galleries, walking, shopping, eating, etc...Don't forget that when you go on a tour you will see amazing things and be gone most of the day (snorkeling boats, helicoptor rides, scuba diving, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, whale watching, etc...). There is so much to do.

Restaurant Facilities:
There are so many fantastic restaurants close by. Do you like sushi? Sansei's is incredible. The Plantation is high class and my favorite. And there is a free shuttle to take you any where in Kapalua.
