The laundry is on the main floor as is the tiled 1/2 bath. Open stairs with bridge walkway accesses the two carpeted oversize second floor guest bedroom suites, one sleeps 6, the other sleeps 4, both with plush custom bedding, separate closets, shared tiled bath, seperate shower, and even an antique clawfoot bath tub. We are located one house off highway 9 just south of beautiful Tarn Lake on a treed 1/2 acre. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and the ski lifts. Entrance to our circular driveway is just yards off the highway. No gravel roads, hilly inclines or steep driveway. Simply put, we are the modern quintessential log home in the woods, yet close to downtown and without the crowds, traffic, and noise of busy Breckenridge.
