The Little Sugar River Farm is designed as a retreat from the stresses of urban life. We are committed to offering our guests privacy, quiet, luxury, and hand-crafted quality. This is a place for people who are looking for a quiet, romantic retreat, and who want to rest, relax, read, hike, bike, golf, kayak, canoe, and enjoy organic food. The setting is secluded and peaceful, for we are surrounded by 2000 acres of wildlife refuge.

All materials are of excellent quality, and the house is architect-designed in a open, modern style without frills or fuss. The house was winner of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Institute of Architects Honor Award in 2000.

Wine, local cheeses, fresh flowers or a roaring fire (depending on the season) greet you when you arrive.

Approximately two and a half hours from Chicago, two hours from Milwaukee, and forty minutes from Madison, the Little Sugar River Farm will strive to offer you peace and renewal on a small, mostly organic farm along the Little Sugar River in southern Wisconsin.
