The condo complex is one of only a few in McCormick Ranch, and has plenty of amenities - including a huge courtyard, clubhouse with pool tables, 2 large pools, 2 large jacuzzis, and a lighted tennis complex. There's something for everyone!

The condo itself is beautifully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has double sinks (with separate shower and tub) and 2 large master closets. The second bedroom has a bathroom right across the hall with toilet and sink, and access to the shower and tub.
