This elegant beachside beauty with views of the Gulf on one side and soaring palm trees on the other has three decks that span the entire length of the house. Enjoy all the amenities of a brand new custom home with the added bonus of being right near the beach! This spacious new home in the exclusive resort area of Pirates Beach on Galveston Island's West End is just perfect for an escape. Everything is here for you - All you need to do is bring your food, clothes and suntan lotion.

You will love the floor plan with its 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths to accommodate your group. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. If all the convertible sofa/futon beds, we can accommodate up to 16 guest. There is enough parking for four cars in the driveway. Please consider pairing this home with Mutineer Landing, our first beach home on the same block, for larger groups.

Enjoy a great location! You will be close enough to the Gulf to view the ocean and feel the sea with only a five minute walk to the protected neighborhood beach! This beach home is less than a 10 minute drive (8 miles) to the hustle and bustle of Galveston restaurants and shops and just under an hour to downtown Houston.

Come enjoy a view of the sparkling ocean from the airy top floor bedrooms, elegantly appointed rooms in a palette of custom paint colors, and the peacefulness of the three large decks (three of the four bedrooms and the living room have glass sliding doors that open on to decks). The house also boasts an outdoor shower and ample seating in the shaded patio area under the house. The covered patio is cool even under the mid day sun. The upper decks are perfect for star gazing after a long day on the beach. In the morning, take your coffee up to the top deck for a bird’s eye view.

In the gourmet kitchen you will find birch cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and an ample supply of serving dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and flatware for everyone. You can use the breakfast bar for casual dining or you can eat in the separate dining room. The lower level patio and the three decks are also a wonderful spots to enjoy a meal. You simply need to bring the ingredients for a fabulous meal, many which are available in the neighbor hood stores two blocks away.

After a fun day at the beach enjoy our outdoor shower to wash the sand off and then have a seat on the cool patio while the charcoal fire heats up in the BBQ grill!

For those with kids there is a high chair and portable crib available on request. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking.

A word about smoking and deposits: We are VERY SERIOUS about the non-smoking policy and the no pets policy. Also, this is not a bare bones beach house, it is very much a home, so please understand the $500 cash deposit will not be refunded until we have had an opportunity to check the house for damage.
