Our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath golf course condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Situated on the Myrtlewood Golf Club Villas complex, the location is centrally located to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. We are located just 1 mile from the beach, steps to the golf course.

Our brand new 2nd floor elevator condo features 3 spacious bedrooms and sleeps 8. Brightly decorated and very well appointed, it is sure to put you in a vacation mode the minute you walk in the door. The living area is a huge 16x33 feet allowing plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your visit. The dining table seats 8 and there are an additional 4 stools at the counter area for entertaining more friends. The living room boasts a large TV, DVD, and CD surround sound system. Each bedroom has its own TV and the master bedroom has a large flat panel LCD TV. There is also a large washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need if you choose to cook at home, including a dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, coffeemaker, blender and just about any other convenience you can think of. You can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the balcony overlooking a lovely lake. As an extra addition, you will also have your own private garage to store your car along with your golf clubs or beach chairs, so you don't have to make endless trips dragging your clubs or sandy beach stuff. If you thought you were just coming for a family beach vacation and get the hankering to golf, but didn't bring your clubs, we even have 2 sets of clubs in the garage that you are free to use if you wish. We even have extra golf balls and tees for your convenience
