Our Florida holiday home has a south facing sparkling pool with a soothing in ground whirlpool; a fully air-conditioned games room, spacious great family room with comfortable lounge and dining areas, kitchen, breakfast nook and laundry room.

This highly rated, fully air-conditioned; specious, modern home (completed in January 2005) was built to a high specification and uniquely furnished and equipped throughout to a luxury 5 star standard by one of Orlando’s leading designers. Orange Tree Vacation Rental can easily accommodate two families or one large extended family reunion, with the property boasting 2 luxurious master suites both with direct access to the south facing pool and deck areas.

Central Florida has so much to offer any visitor, located amongst the rolling hills of Clermont is Orange Tree, an executive community of vacation homes situated in Orlando’s hottest new area and ideally positioned to get the most from your visit to Florida. For the young at heart the community features tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field and two children’s playground areas. All these facilities are free to enjoy for Orange Tree Vacation Rental guests. There is a beautiful lake, and a conservation area, which is home to a magnitude of Florida wildlife. Watch out for the family of cranes who take their daily saunter around the community, but remember do not feed any of the wildlife.

The accommodation comprises a luxury, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with every possible utensil required to prepare a gastronomic delight; a spacious dining nook with computer and high-speed broadband internet FREE of charge. There are five bedrooms; one US king size master bedroom with luxury en-suite, one US queen size bedroom (also with luxury en-suite); one full size bedroom that shares the third luxury bathroom with a twin bedroom; and the fourth bedroom is a twin with its own luxury bathroom.

Our home has an array of entertainment facilities. The great family room has a 46” wide flat screen TV with theatre surround sound system and upgraded cable package. Also provided for your entertainment needs are a VCR/DVD/CD and stereo HiFi system. Along with a Video/DVD library suitable for adults and children. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV or TV/Video combo.

The air-conditioned Games Room will occupy any spare time you have, with a pool table, air hockey table, basket ball game, electronic dart board and table football, along with toys, books, PlayStation 2 and games located within the home.

We offer FREE unlimited worldwide telephone calls and FREE high-speed internet connection with computer, making communication with family members and business to continue with ease.

Quality towels and bed linen are supplied.

Just think, the exclusivity of your own south facing crystal clear 12 feet by 29 feet pool will delivery a level of privacy, and your own private bubbling spa with spillover in the pool is the perfect tranquil environment to relax from the fast lane of the Theme Parks. The covered 16 feet by 12 feet lanai is ideal for resting in the shade, with a choice of two bathrooms for your convenience.

For added safety there is a child-safety fence and all doors leading onto the pool deck are alarmed to alert you that a door has been opened. The entire area is covered with a fly screen.

The sun deck is the perfect place to stretch out and soak up the Florida sunshine with a cool refreshment. Luxury padded patio and pool furniture add a touch of elegancy to the outside areas, with a charcoal barbecue outside the pool screen, what more could a person ask for.

Florida enjoys year-round sunshine, however our pool and spa will not be heated unless requested at the time of booking. We strongly recommend pool heating during the months of October to April.
