The Pine House is a cozy Old Tahoe cottage with plenty of charm - and a red front door. After walking through the white picket fence you enter the main level of the house which consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, bath and one bedroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The brick fireplace, knotty pine walls and fun "Tahoe" decor combine to make this little cottage a lovely vacation home-away-from-home. A hot tub sits on the deck outside. The private (gated)Tahoe Park homeowners beach,pier and park area is a few blocks away. The cottage is close to great restaurants and summer/winter activities.

Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar and Homewood ski areas are all a short drive away. Cross country skiing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing in area. You can walk about two blocks and rent a bike or boat, take waterski lessons and have breakfast lunch or dinner at 2 restaurants and visit a country market. The gated homeowners beach is is a 2 block stroll and offers a pebble/sand beach, pier, BBQ pits, picnic benches, horseshoe pit, volleyball and a play area. Horseback riding and golf courses are a short drive away. Shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, art galleries and historical sites are in Tahoe City - one mile away. There is just too much to do to mention them all.
