Amidst the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, you'll find a place of beauty called Powder Horn Mountain. Powder Horn Mountain is a gated resort about 12 miles east of Boone, NC located on 1,200 acres that offers peace & quiet as well as many amenities. Outdoor swimming pool, 8,000 square foot clubhouse with two gaming rooms and an excerise room, 3 lakes in which you can fish or paddle boat, hiking trails, tennis courts, trout stream, picnic grounds, and chapel. We have many homes available to rent.

Directions:
From Wilkesboro follow HWY 421 North to Boone. At second stop light after Blue Ridge Parkway take a left onto Old Hwy 421. Turn right onto 3rd road on the right,Elk Creek Rd. Follow Elk Creek Rd for 5 miles. Turn right onto Powder Horn Mountain Rd.
