Relax and spread out in our home and get ready for a vacation of a lifetime. Rejunevate at the end of each day under the lanai poolside and RE-ENERGIZE for what tomorrow holds. If you desire to be at the heart of the theme parks and golfing in Kissimmee, Orlando, then look no further! Our Orlando vacation rental villa is only minutes from Disney and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our Villa! Our family consists of 5 DAUGHTERS and one son. So, you can see where the name Princess Palace comes from! The children love going to our "home" for vacation! It is so much more relaxing to stay at our home for vacation. With so many bedrooms, the kitchen...you have a lot of CHOICES. Eat in, eat out- grab something on the way home or have it delivered. You are in charge of your stay. We love having a whole home to spread out in during our stays in Florida. The children love the pool and Dan and I love the fact that we can keep a better eye on them swimming when it is only our family there!

With four bedrooms- 3 for the children, we can split them up and Dan and I can enjoy an evening swim or just relax alone and not have to worry about waking the children. We can snuggle on the couch and watch a DVD. Imagine the time you will have on your vacation in our home!!! We welcome you to share it!!!!

Our MASTER SUITE has a lovely KING SIZE bed to stretch out in and sleep!! There is a Cable TV in the bedroom as well as alarm clock.
Upstairs is our Queen bedroom. This room also has a TV with Cable and an alarm clock.
Next comes our double bedroom with a twin bed plus Cable TV.
The last bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a TV with DVD player.

At our home you have the benefit of the Esprit Development community, ideal for children and adults alike. The facilities include a TENNIS and BASKETBALL courts. A GOLF COURSE runs right through the middle of the development. If you need to really relax, head on down to the pier and try fishing in beautiful lake Davenport. Theres also a publicly available boat launch.

SO, bring all your Princes and Princesses, there's more than enough to keep everyone happy, if your not up-to visiting Mickey Mouse.
