Regal Palms Resort is officially a GFO 4-star rated resort. The Resort is minutes south of the 192 on Route 27 and is perfectly situated for visiting all the attractions Central Florida has to offer. Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios parks are less than thirty minutes drive north and even Busch Gardens is easily reached from the I4, which is just south of the resorts entrance.

From Orlando International Airport: • Take 528 West (Beeline Expressway) for approximately 8 miles to I-4 West • Continue on I-4 West for another 8 miles • Exit Hwy 192 West and travel approximately 9 miles to Hwy 27 • Take Hwy 27 South approximately 2 miles to Sand Mine Road • (NOTE: Publix Plaza will be on right.) • Turn right on Sand Mine Road • Entrance to Resort is located on the right, at 2700 Sand Mine Road

All guests at Regal Palms will have access to the new private club and leisure facilities. The 17,000 sq ft clubhouse features a full restaurant, Sports bar with Large plasma TV, Tiki bar. The Clubhouse features live entertainment, Karaoke, Internet facilities and a games room. A further building houses a gymnasium, spa, health and beauty complex. The Resort features an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools and a lazy river, Jacuzzi, waterfalls and waterslide, a central island and extensive sun decks. There is an on-site shop on the resort with a Publix supermarket and further restaurants a few yards from the resort. Adjacent to the resort is the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this is a 72 par championship course with extremely challenging greens.

Services Available:
-$250 reservation deposit to hold the unit. (Non-refundable) Balance of rental is due 8 weeks before departure -Bookings could incur a $75 cleaning fee. -The resort is like an hotel. It is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year. Key cards are to be obtained from the Reception desk at the Clubhouse on arrival. You will also need the key cards to access the resort facilities i.e. clubhouse, etc. Cordial staff of Superior Management Group, the Management Company, will be available to assist with all your needs. -The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure -A $250 damage deposit will be taken in the form of a valid credit card imprint at time of arrival. This will be no charge made to the credit card unless there are damages to the property. Please report any damages to the Property management group. -Please be informed that on arrival a $10 per night resort will be charged. This is for the unlimited use of the excellent resort facilities i.e. Swimming Complex, Clubhouse, Fitness centre etc.
