Visitors from around the world have discovered "America's Caribbean" the Florida Keys. Our island and 2 bedroom home are located in the heart of the Florida Keys, in a community called Marathon, just 100 miles south of Miami and 50 miles north of Key West. Whether you are looking for an exciting island adventure with snorkeling, swimming, and kayaking or a quiet romantic 2nd honeymoon with sun bathing, reading, and relaxing you will find it on beautiful Dolphin Jump Key.

Our goal is to provide a vacation for everyone! Family friendly with activities that keep the kids entertained all day long - or a truly romantic getaway. A private island vacation is ideal for all ages. Come discover paradise.

The Island Cottage is a quaint Bahamas cottage on our private tropical island and it is just a short trip by boat from the Marathon mainland Shore House. It has a bunkhouse that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Cottage kitchen has a stove and small refrigerator. Kayaks & boat are included.

The Marathon mainland Shore House is a fully equipped two bedroom (BR 1-Queen, BR 2-2 doublebeds, Living room-queen size sofa sleeper) one bath waterfront house with 100' of deepwater dockage.
The fully equipped kitchen includes extras like a dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and pizza oven, etc, etc.
Two color TV's with cable along with a VCR and DVD player are available for your enjoyment.
A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.
The outdoor ammenities include a gas and charcoal grill as well as a patio table and chairs.

Island Activities include bird watching, star gazing, sunsets, boating, kayaking, relaxing, snorkeling-diving, camping, fishing,cook-outs, sun bathing, reading books, etc. The island is just a short trip by boat from the shore house - you can stay in the Bahamas cottage overnight or just use the island as a private day-camp for all of the above activities.

Activities and Attractions Nearby:
Several places are nearby our island where you can swim with the dolphins. The Florida Keys has the only living coral reef in the continental United States. Just a short boat ride offshore lies some of the best diving, fishing, and snorkeling in the world. The depth ranges from 5 to 200 feet with 50-100 plus feet visibility common. The reef is home to over 600 species of fish and 40 types of coral.
