Drive down the wooded streets to find a beautiful surprise: Quonochontaug Pond and the community of Shady Harbor. The atmosphere lends itself to total enjoyment for those looking for that get-away weekend in the off-season, or sports and water fun in the summer. There are many places of interest within a half-hour drive to keep you busy and happy on those rainy or cold days. You are away from the commercialization that is pervasive in many major beach communities, yet Misquamicut Beach is nearby when you want it. Close by you will find Watch Hill, an old fashioned New England beach community with fun shopping, a world famous flying horse carousel and fine restaurants. Whatever your interest, you will find a beach style to suit, with many other activities and attractions to entertain.

The house, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, has been totally renovated and updated during the past few years. It is bright and cheerful where you can enjoy any type of weather in comfort. In Fall, Winter or Spring imagine having a fire in the fireplace while gazing out the window and watching the water and nature. Summer brings warm days and a change in the scenery making all seasons enjoyable in different ways. Central air-conditioning is there for those few days when it is "just too hot for comfort."
