It is located at the head of Belfast harbor and at the mouth of the Passagassawakeag River. South and East facing, a very sunny spot, with 150 ft of water frontage, a sea wall and a sand and gravel beach. It is an easy walk to town (10 minutes) or the local lobster pound and though there are other cottages nearby it has a very private feel. Open living spaces allow for casual vacation living. It is well maintained with modern updating and has a great view overlooking Belfast Harbor. Accommodations: Steps down or up to a terraced entry, open kitchen/living room with hardwood floors; to sunroom with day bed and dining table and screened door to deck overlooking the bay; bath with shower off main room; Companionway ladder (steep steps) to 2nd floor with large Queen Sized Bed, desk, bureau, and closet; large windows with water and garden views.
