This very private, comfortable home is a great vacation spot -- located on the 14th fairway (a par-three over pond) of the championship Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes. It's in a very quiet and peaceful corner point of the St. Andrews community.
Our home is tastefully decorated in an island decor. It features a southern exposure and a beautiful view of the golf course and pond from every window, as well as from the very private patio.

The home has 1.5 bathrooms, and a new king-size bed and queen-size sofa sleeper. It's light, bright, and airy with wall-to-wall windows, a sunken living/dining room, and French doors from both the living room and bedroom to the patio. You'll feel like you're in paradise -- we do during the three months of the year that we live here!

The villa has central air-conditioning and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. While you are in the fully-equipped kitchen, you can look into the living areas through the breakfast bar -- you are always part of the activities that are going on.

As a guest in our home you will have free access to the beautiful ocean and beach in Palmetto Dunes (with restrooms, changing facilities, and a snack bar at the beach), as well as the swimming pool located on the villa grounds. There are three golf courses in Palmetto Dunes, as well as many other island courses, and courses that are just off the island. We offer free tennis.

There are bike paths throughout Palmetto Dunes as well as in other parts of the island. Enjoy the unique island wildlife including alligators, turtles, and birds -- whether by foot, kayak, or canoe. And don't miss taking a dolphin nature cruise.

There are restaurants of all varieties including those offering fresh local seafood. Many restaurants boast views of lagoons, waterways, and the ocean.

Whether shopping at nearby Shelter Cove Mall, small stores that offer local wares, or discount outlets on the island and just off the island, you will find many great bargains. The local theatre at The Self Family Arts Center is within walking distance. Whatever your pleasure you can enjoy it and then come back to our home at the end of each day to really relax before starting all over again the next day.

Hilton Head Island is renowned for its golfing and tennis. As our guest, we can help you get the best rates available including free tennis.

We like to rent to preferred guests who take care of the villa so that it is always in first-class condition.
