With over 2800 sq ft of luxury living space, this brand new home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a separate study/office with free internet access, swimming pool/hot tub overlooking a conservation area, games room with foosball table, pool and air-hockey table, PS2, game boards and much more. We also cater to the little ones, by providing a travel cot/playpen, highchair, stroller, toddler's booster seat, a set of dishes for boy and girl. For their safety, there is a protective mesh pool fence, providing a barrier to the pool.

If you love to cook, or like saving money by eating in, then you’ll love our home's fully fitted gourmet kitchen. We’ve provided everything a good cook needs to feed a hungry family. Our kitchen has all the appliances you’d find at home: full-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, electric mixer, electric can-opener. We've also provided a full-set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses & silverware to make every meal as enjoyable as the ones you have at home! Pack light and use our home’s laundry room w/full size washer & dryer, iron & board. And leave your hair dryer behind too; you will find one in every bathroom. If you need to keep in touch with the office, there is an office/study room with desk, chair and free wireless Internet, and can a sofa bed so that you can easily convert to additional accommodation.
For added safety there is a security system installed and 24hr property managers are available on-site.
