I believe this is the perfect vacation home away from home for those looking for a comfortable, cozy and secure place to live in the Palm Desert Resorts area.

The house is in a gate-gaurded community and has a private attached two-car garage, washer/dryer, new microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. It has an enclosed front patio with a large grill/smoker and cactus garden. It has an eastern facing back patio that overlooks a greenbelt.

Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds while the third bedroom has a sofa/sleeper, desk and high-back leather executive chair. The kitchen comes fully equipped with utencils, cups, mugs, plates, pots and pans. It is 50s-looking while the attached dining room has a tropical design complete with a wicker ceiling fan and rattan dining chairs.

The living room has a couch, stereo, fireplace and a large oak entertainment center with 32" TV and VCR.

The community is only 10 minutes away from the elegant shopping of El Paseo and the Living Desert wildlife park.
In addition, three casinos are all within a 15 minute drive.
